His poetry collections include Action (2014), Procession (2020), The Roof Above Our Heads (2021), Another Animal (2023), Tom Waits&nbsp;(2024), and Tape Loops, 2011 (2025), as well as translations of Matsuo Bashō, Yosa Buson, Kobayashi Issa, Masaoka Shiki, Taneda Santōka, Hatano Sōha, and a linguistic survey of the Book of Jonah. His work has appeared in various magazines and journals:&nbsp;Boston Review, Harvard Divinity Bulletin,&nbsp;TriQuarterly, Notre Dame Review,&nbsp;Poetry, and elsewhere.&nbsp;He received an MFA from Northwestern University, winning the 2014 Distinguished Thesis Award, and currently lives in Chicago, IL, where he is Editor of&nbsp;The Economy Press.
